AnaProtoKol is a personal performance cycle tracking tool offering features including a daily journal, artificial intelligence analysis, blood panel tracking, and a molecule database.
Use of the platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

AnaProtoKol is NOT a medical service. The information provided, including AI analyses, is strictly informational and does not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, or a prescription. The use of performance-enhancing substances carries health risks and may be illegal in your jurisdiction. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decision.
Registration requires a name, a valid email address, and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
AnaProtoKol offers a 5-day free trial, followed by paid plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Stripe (bank card) or in cryptocurrency. Stripe subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via the management portal accessible in your settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
No refunds are granted for periods already commenced, unless required by law.

All platform content (code, design, texts, logos) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited. The data you enter (cycles, panels, journal) remains your property.
AnaProtoKol strives to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee continuous availability or the accuracy of AI analyses. In no event shall AnaProtoKol be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the service, including decisions made on the basis of the information provided.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, misuse of the service, or fraudulent behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the publisher's registered office, unless otherwise required by law.
